What a wonderful hotel! The bed was nice and comfortable. The shower was strong and hot, and all of the water is filtered and drinkable. The owner Eduardo is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast service is so accommodating and nice. Perfect central location too and an incredible value.
I'm writing this just as I left because I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is absolutely flawless. The owner and manager, along with the staff, are doing an incredible job. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and they have thought of every detail. My room was large, comfortable, and lovely. The staff were very friendly, making me feel welcome and safe. Edwardo and his staff are super nice and friendly. The room is very clean and spacious with high ceiling. We enjoyed the place for two days. We didn’t know how to work out on the heat but it doesn’t bother us. The bed sheets are very luxurious. Great and safe location. You can walk to many nice bars and restaurants in the area.
This is probably one of the nicest hotels in Queretaro and very reasonably priced. State of the art Air Conditioned building, purified water, and the deluxe European comfort of a bed and breakfast. Our room had excellent sound insulation even though it was facing the street. We slept comfortably on the very large King bed, and made regular use of the Nespresso machine. There is a 55" flat screen TV and a large shower. An included breakfast is provided and was a lot of options for egg lovers. The service staff was excellent and were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for easy walking distance to the historic churches and convents. The aqueduct is about 900m away.
The best comfortable rooms. The perfect place to stay in a clean and relax environment. Near downtown, restaurants and touristic spots. 1000% recommendable.
Super convenient location and fantastic breakfast included with your room. Modern facilities and fast internet in a traditional Mexican setting. A variety of breakfast entrees deliciously prepared by Ernestina. The photos you see online are very accurate of the clean rooms here at Hotel Casa Once. We will definitely stay here when we are back in town!

We stayed at this hotel last week. My husband, my son (3 years old) and I enjoyed the double room. It was a good size with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious! The location is excellent! everything in the historic center is walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back.
